From the June 30th edition of The Freeman. Balistreri won't get records.
The lawyer for Balistreri had requested the treatment records of one of his accusers, but the judge has said no. The lawyer also asked that the juvenile records of another one of the accusers be released. The City of Pewaukee Police had said a court order would be needed to release the records. The judge sided with the City of Pewaukee PD stating that juvenile records are not subject to open records requests. I wonder what that means to the other departments that apparently did release the juvenile records?
Balistreri's trial begins on July 10th in Jefferson county.
